Both Clachaig Inn situated in the heart of Glencoe and The Grog and Gruel in Fort William High Street have each been awarded the "Investors in People" national Standard, which sets a level of good practice for improving and organisation's performance through its people.

Working in Glencoe & Fort William allows you to meet a very broad cross section of customers and other staff from around the globe. Many of the friendships made here will last for a many years to come, as members of our alumni will testify.

We recruit new members to the team throughout the year, though we have peak periods during the lead in to busier trading seasons, particularly the spring. Positions are usually available for a period of approximately 3 months and upwards, with many staff coming for a season and staying for 2 years.
