Accommodation
All positions at Clachaig Inn are offered on a live out or live in basis.
Accommodation is available in single or twin rooms in either the Staff Lodge or the Staff Bothy. Both buildings are purpose built and offer both comfort and privacy for seasonal staff year round.
Security deposits are required for accommodation provided by Clachaig Inn.
There are a variety of flats and houses in nearby Ballachulish village which may be available for rent. Similar accommodation may also be found in Glencoe and Kinlochleven. It is recommended that you have your own transport if you wish to explore this possibility due to the distance from Clachaig (Approx 4 - 5 miles).
Dress Code
The dress code for all staff is smart casual. Clachaig polo shirts are provided on loan along with a top quality Clachaig branded Keela mountaineering jacket. You are required to provide your own smart trousers or skirts. Jeans, branded t-shirts, boots, piercings, visible tattoos etc are inappropriate.
Chefs and Catering assistants are provided with Chef's Whites and aprons for kitchen use.
How to Get to Clachaig
Although in the Highlands and in a very rural location, Clachaig is just off the main A82 trunk road and easy to get to using public transport.
By Coach: From Glasgow on the main A82 Skyways or Scottish City Link bus route to Glencoe.

There is also a direct coach link to Glencoe from Glasgow Airport.
By Train: There is frequent daily services to Fort William from Glasgow and a direct overnight sleeper from London to Fort William. Scotrail Telephone : 0141 204 2844 - can also provide you with accommodation and all meals should you require this option.
