Februaryfest 2009 Friday 6th February to Saturday 28th February 2009 Relax as we serve up a mesmerising choice of the finest cask conditioned ales from the Highlands & Islands of Scotland. Add to that live music, the occassional tasting and lecture.

Sat 7th Feb	Clachaig Boots Bar	Bonnie & Jim Acoustic duo playing 60’s, 70’s, & 80’s pop, folk & Blues, with jigs and reels thrown in on flute, whistles & bodhran
Sun 8th Feb	Clachaig Boots Bar	Open Session Bring along your banjo and stick your finger in your ear!
Mon 9th Feb	Clachaig Boots Bar	Jimmy's Big Frizzy Quiz Having locked horn's with the veritable Ms Robinson on The Weakest Link your host knows a thing or ten about everything, enter your team for some inane and irrelevant fun.
Tues 10th Feb	Clachaig Bidean Lounge	Winter Experience Lecture Free 'skills for the hills' lecture in association with the Mountaineering Council of Scotland.
Wed 11th Feb	Clachaig Boots Bar	Pure Malt Gordon and Tom perform with highly spirited folk and rock

Fri 13th Feb	Clachaig Boots Bar	Black Eyed Biddy Scots/Irish folk from the acclaimed artists Lionel & Gregor
Sat 14th Feb	Clachaig Boots Bar	Davy Tait Original Scots & Irish folk with a few contemporary numberstoo! Davy is a well kent face on the gig circuit so should be a good one!
Sun 15th Feb	Clachaig Boots Bar	Open Session Bring along your bhodran and take to the Clachaig stage.
Mon 16th Feb	Clachaig Boots Bar	Jimmy's Big Frizzy Quiz Back with more trivia, big hair and the ability to give a tongue lashing worthy of Anne Robinson, enter your team for some inane and irrelevant fun!

Wed 18th Feb	Clachaig Boots Bar	Graeme Pearson Scots folk with the man wi’ the Tam o’Shanter & poor taste in trousers
Thurs 19th Feb	Clachaig Snug Bar	Beer Tasting 8pm In assocation with the Isle of Skye Brewery we sample the delights of ales from the Highlands and Islands and learn what makes a cask conditioned ale great. Limited numbers.
Fri 20th Feb	Clachaig Boots Bar	White Rose Dougie & Kevin are guitar and mandolin wizards guaranteed to 'shoogle yer sporan'
Sat 21st Feb	Clachaig Boots Bar	Southpaw 5 piece alternative country rockers from Perth. Dig out the Stetsons and dust off those Chapps for a good ol’ hoedown. Yeeharrr!!!!
Sun 22nd Feb	Clachaig Boots Bar	Open Session All musicians (and everyone else for that matter) welcome.
Mon 23rd Feb	Clachaig Boots Bar	Jimmy's Big Frizzy Quiz He'll have you scratching your heads and shaking your mobiles in frustration by setting one of the hardest quizzes this side of a check-in counter.

Wed 25th Feb	Clachaig Snug Bar	Whisky Tasting Do you know your malt from your blend? Your Speyside from your Island? Our specialists Gordon & Macphail guide you through the complexities of our national drink. Free of charge but limited spaces so please advise if you would like to book.
Thurs 26th Feb	Clachaig Snug Bar	Beer Tasting 8pm Cairngorm Brewery, sample their beer made from the finest ingredients and the purest water from the Cairngorm mountains. Limited numbers.
Fri 27th Feb	Clachaig Boots Bar	Shananigin Folk and Celtic Rock from the affectionately known Hobbits from the Shire, good things come in small quantities. What they lack in height they make up with personalitiy.
